Get your team together and get ready to test your trivia knowledge!  Make a Difference Michiana will be hosting it's Second Annual Trivia Night fundraiser, hosted by ICE Athletic Center, with all the proceeds going toward our mission to serve over 350 nonprofits in the local area!  There will be PRIZES and a CASH BAR!

It's super easy to register your team!

2. Send the completed registration form to info@makeadifferencemichiana.org or fax to (574) 277-3849, Attention:  Paul Stevenson.
3. Send your tax-deductible registration fee to:  Make a Difference Michiana, P.O. Box 4073, South Bend, Indiana 46634.

Registration confirmation and details will be sent upon receipt of registration form and payment.
